It seems a little strange to think of hairstyles as works of art, but if you really think about it that’s exactly what they are. When you are purchasing your beads for your hair you are going to need some hair snaps to hold the beads in place otherwise they will just slip off your hair. A favorite bead style is a braid. A simple braid can look amazing when it is done with hair beads. You can purchase a hair beader, which is a simple tool to help you attach the beads, or if you are patient, you can slip small strands of hair through the eye of the bead. Only attempt this though if it’s a good size eye, otherwise you will give up out of frustration.
If you are threading the beads manually then either wet the tip of the hair or apply some
hair gel to it so it will hold together while you are threading the hair though it. Remember once you have applied all the beads to the strand to clamp it off with a snap.
How many beads you use is entirely up to you. Just remember to be creative and have fun with them. Ideally, you want healthy hair to do this with. Hair that has many split ends are almost impossible to thread through the bead. Be sure to invest in some superior
